We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for most events, allowing time for design consultation and material sourcing. For large corporate events, galas, or custom installations, 4-8 weeks is ideal. What areas do you serve?

We serve Chicago, all Chicago suburbs (including Naperville, Schaumburg, Evanston, Oak Brook, Arlington Heights, and more), and all of Northwest Indiana (Crown Point, Munster, Schererville, Merrillville, Valparaiso, and surrounding communities). Do you handle setup and teardown?

What's the difference between indoor and outdoor installations?

Both are possible, but outdoor installations require additional engineering and materials to account for wind and weather. Outdoor installations may need weighted bases, specific balloons designed for outdoor use, and adjusted timing. We assess your outdoor space and make recommendations during consultation.

Can you match specific colors?

Is there a minimum order?

For indoor events, weather is not a concern. For outdoor events, we monitor forecasts and adjust as needed. High winds can impact setup timing and may affect organic designs. We discuss weather contingencies during consultation and monitor forecasts as your event approaches.

How long do the balloons last?

Latex balloons typically last 7-10 days after inflation. Foil/mylar balloons last 2-4 weeks. If your event is 1-2 days and we inflate on-site, balloons will look perfect throughout. Helium-filled balloons begin gradually deflating after inflation, while air-filled arrangements last indefinitely.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer balloon bouquet delivery throughout Chicago and suburbs. Same-day delivery is available to most locations if ordered before 2 PM. Installation delivery is included in custom event services.

Are your balloons eco-friendly or biodegradable?
